FlexRide (FR) is a curb-to-curb, shared ride, 14 seat vehicle that can also accommodate 2 bicycles and 2 wheelchairs. Each FR operates within its own designated geographical area.

Many FR’s have scheduled stops at LRT Stations and PnR’s as well as Flex routes.

A Flex route is semi-established routing with published times and serves numerous stops along the route. Flex routes are shown on each FR’s map. No phone call is needed when using any of these published times and locations, customers only need to board the bus and tell the driver their destination. Times and locations for these are found on the RTD Website.

All other trips for FR service require the customer to call the driver of a particular FR and request a reserved trip, there is no dispatch. Subscription (re-occurring trips) are also available. Web and smart phone app booking is also available on most FR’s. Trips can be booked as much as 2 weeks ahead. Customers must be ready for the bus 5 minutes before scheduled time because the FR buses cannot wait.

*Discount fares apply to all seniors 65+, individuals with disabilities and medicare recipients. Youth discount fares apply to youth, ages 6 -19. Provide proof of eligibility when boarding. RTD certified ADA passengers with valid Access-a-Ride pass ride free.
